This hotel is near Gatwick Airport. I took the GH1 Gatwick Hoppa bus to get to the hotel. The room was very clean and had a kettle and tea. Good value

Stayed for an early morning flight from LGW. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and have enough amenities. The food was ready from 6 am, but the taste was not that great. They provide airport shuttle service for a fair price.

Second time i’ve stayed here, generally a good stay, a little pricey depending on season. However this time round my dinner took really long to come out the kitchen which was disappointing as I generally think the hotel service is good.

Employees were nice. Room is good if you have an early flight at gatwick.
Free wifi only in the common area. You only get 30 min of wifi in your room for free. Hair dryers must be requested from the lobby if they have them. Shuttle bus to the airport is 4.5 pounds single, 8 pounds for a return. It runs 24 hours on a schedule.

After a long flight, I checked into my room and realized that my bed sheets and pillow covers were filthy, and there was a used towel in my bathroom. I had to go to the front desk at 1 a.m. to complain so they could change the dirty bed sheets and pillow covers. It was the worst experience ever.

It was a nice experience. Only issues I had was that, there was no telecom in the room to connect with the reception, and the bathroom had no bathing soap.

Convinent location and place to rest in between flights or before travelling home - not the greatest looking interior/room but ideal for a short stay.
