Really good hotel. Easy to connect to the airport with a bus which drives every 15 mins to the airport. The breakfast was delicious, friendly staff, cozy room. Will definitely book again.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff is friendly and helpful. As Gatwick is kind of remote, henCe the shuttle bus to airport is really great with 15 minutes interval.

Very helpful staff in reception, on the floor and in restaurant. Kids were eating free with paying grown up so breakfast was bargain.

Lovely stay, clean and a good breakfast. Beds were comfortable and staff accommodating. Unfortunately the cleaning team thought it would be ok to steal my sunglasses that I accidentally left behind, Instead of handing them in. When I asked no one had handed them in so they have in-fact been stolen I’m not impressed what happened to respect?
The staff at reception didn’t even bother to investigate just said nothing has been handed in and basically that was the end of the conversation.
I will be emailing them again directly as they haven’t bothered to respond to the email I sent on the 22nd in regards to my sunglasses.

Perfect for travelers! Holiday Inn Gatwick offers clean, spacious rooms and genuinely friendly staff. The 24/7 shuttle bus makes airport transfers effortless. A comfortable, well-run hotel with great convenience—ideal for early flights or layovers. Highly recommend!

My stay at Holiday Inn Gatwick was a great experience overall. The location was convenient, and the food offered good value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful.
However, I did encounter one issue upon arrival. While checking in, the receptionist assisting me was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unfortunately, as I made my way upstairs, I overheard a disagreement between the two receptionists regarding who was in charge. This moment felt unprofessional and was the only drawback of my stay.
That said, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of my experience. I would still highly recommend Holiday Inn Gatwick.
