Rooms are quite small. No desk or chair (or even any other objects) to work on. I even requested an ironing board to put my computer on, but the staff never brought it to my room as they’d promised. Very inconvenient for a business traveler who needs to do work. Location is alright, far from the center but easy access from the train station directly outside.

Terrible, dirty hotel with tiny rooms. Checked into the room and the bin was full of rubbish, underneath the bed was filthy as well as the balcony.
Additionally, there were no basic toiletries provided—specifically, no shower gel or soap. Went down to reception to ask for soap / shower gel and they told me they don't have any as they are waiting on the order coming from America! What a joke.

There were lots of bits on the floor so it felt like the room hadn't been hoovered. Apart from this minor issue, there was nothing remarkable about our stay.

A good hotel and up to my expectations. Clean and comfortable. Nice warm shower always. I got a quiet room as requested. But the sound proofing can be improved. I can hear food steps on my upper floor all the time.
The coffee, tea and milk were not replenished regularly. Otherwise, all good.

I booked a queen size and it’s not one. Very small, tight. Would I book here again, maybe? If I needed something urgent and nearby to Romford but aside from that no. Please stop advertising the room as queen size when neither the bed or the size of the room is that. Way too cramped for 2 people. Luckily I didn’t have any luggage on me as that would have been worse.
