Was impressed with the look, cleanliness, and staff at Raddison Red. Loved the free WiFi always a bonus. A good menu food wise even though I didn’t partake in any food this time round.
My only problem was that my shower tap squirted out from all angles! Shower was still good but may have been better. Funky phones in the room and adequate info throughout

Very nice, clean however the shuttle times are wide if you miss it, it takes 30 minutes or more.

Room was okay, service in bars including food were slow as well as to check out in the morning as there wasn’t anyone manning the reception. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the south terminal. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom looked a little ran down. The other people in my group also booked a separate room and their room on the second floor smelt funny - damp almost.

Close to Gatwick but needed a bus. 24/7 front desk was useful. Room was modern with a window, but couldn’t open it, felt a bit stuffy. No water in the fridge, would’ve been nice, but you can buy some in the lobby.

Great location for airport connection! Not as clean as expected for a fairly new hotel.
Not much in terms of food choices.
To note: Airport shuttle only runs every 45 minutes and is not a 24-hour service

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and so close to the airport. They have a shuttle bus to the airport that literally stops outside the front doors. The only negative was the breakfast, very basic continental and overpriced.
