Stayed here for two nights spaced apart, hotel is very shabby needs a real overhaul, no lift so had to carry suitcases upstairs, bathroom fan sounded like a plane about to take off. There is virtually no soundproofing between rooms and floors, on night one we could hear people having conversations through the wall directly behind our bed which went on well past 11pm. Night two we were awake from 5am with some very considerate person walking backwards and forwards repeatedly for hours. We raised this with reception and were told ‘we have a lot of families staying’, we were also there with our family but didn’t create noise like this. All in all if you're visiting Horsham I’d recommend the premier inn in the town centre, cleaner, quieter and much more modern, only issue is parking but there’s a multi story behind the hotel you can pay for. We won’t be back to this premier inn.
