The hotel staff were friendly and the location near the station, Horsham Park and town was perfect. The hotel itself is a bit tired and although the breakfast and dinner food was great at the Beefeater, it seems a bit understaffed as had to wait quite a while at both meals for orders to be taken. The staff were very nice though.

You get what you pay for Clean room comfortable bed Friendly helpful staff at reception Second recent visit Always have to ask for second towel in a room booked for two people Has breakfasts at The Station Cafe next door which is excellent So glad we did not do the Beefeater breakfast option

We stayed here for a few nights in February. We’d stayed here before as it’s right across from the train station which makes it very convenient. Check in was fine, lovely receptionist. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There’s coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The only drawback is the bath, it’s fine if you have your health or you’re young. You’ve to climb into the bath for a shower. The shower was fine, plenty of hot water. All in all we’d a lovely experience and would recommend it to travellers.

Well situated with a large car park. Room as usual was spotless and the bed was mega comfortable. Price is comparable with any like for like hotel. A good evening menu, and the breakfast will set even someone with a very large appetite up for the rest of the day. For somewhere to stay, in great comfort, excellent food and a great location why look for anywhere else?

Stayed here for two nights spaced apart, hotel is very shabby needs a real overhaul, no lift so had to carry suitcases upstairs, bathroom fan sounded like a plane about to take off. There is virtually no soundproofing between rooms and floors, on night one we could hear people having conversations through the wall directly behind our bed which went on well past 11pm. Night two we were awake from 5am with some very considerate person walking backwards and forwards repeatedly for hours. We raised this with reception and were told ‘we have a lot of families staying’, we were also there with our family but didn’t create noise like this. All in all if you're visiting Horsham I’d recommend the premier inn in the town centre, cleaner, quieter and much more modern, only issue is parking but there’s a multi story behind the hotel you can pay for. We won’t be back to this premier inn.

All staff interactions at the Premier Inn were good. I want to praise Becky in particular whose positive and helpful attitude really stood out (I previously worked in hospitality for many years). In an age of digital over real, a human smile goes a long way... well done.

This site is crying out for a refurb!!! It's got the nicest staff who deserve a much better hotel to work in each day. It's got car parking included, good location for the town centre and train station. The station cafe next door is excellent value and the beefeater pub is perfectly decent too. If you book far enough in advance, you can get a good price, but I'd gladly pay a little extra for a refurbished room. I've been staying here regularly for years and before every visit I hope that the powers that be have given the much needed green light to get it refitted. Alas, still nothing :(

I booked a 4 night stay in the Premier Inn (north) at Horsham over Christmas. to be near family. Even though they knew they didn't have an internet connection due to an ongoing problem with Virgin, they took my money and didn't inform me there was no internet There still isn't as I understand and its been going on for several months. This was a major problem as we all want to connect with friends and family particularly overseas, over Christmas, They should have told us and given us the choice to book elsewhere but on 24th December it was too late. Over the 4 night stay our rooms were never cleaned, beds never made, bins never emptied, clean towels never given and coffee/tea never replenished. The twin room I booked turned out to be one double bed and a sofa bed. The only good thing about this stay was the receptionist who was unbelievably nice and gave us fresh towels when we asked. What a cheap and nasty hotel this is, It completely spoiled our Christmas holiday. Be warned.
