The hotel is located right on Lake Lucerne. The views from our balcony were amazing overlooking the lake with a view of the mountains in the background. Breakfast is included and was good. The staff are friendly and very sweet. The hotel is only 10-15m drive to downtown Lucerne. Bed is a bit soft and the pillows thin. So, for people with back problems at least ask for additional pillows. Shower was great.

Absolutely no complaints. Staff was excellent. GM is on site and hands on (poured our wine during dinner and saw him on the grounds early the next morning straightening up for an event). The hotel's nicer restaurant is pricey but good. Breakfast was included with our room and was great. Short walk to a bus stop that gets you to the Lucerne train station in about 15 minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay October 2022. I highly recommend this hotel. Located in quiet and incredibly beautiful surroundings, and only a 10-15 minute drive, then you are in the center of Luzern. I also recommend taking af walk in the hills behind the hotel - it is breathtaking. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

The location and the staff, as well as the beautifully situated terrace overlooking the lake, there is nothing to complain about. However, the disappointment spreads when a Hugo is served, which is served for 13 francs from a little syrup and a ready-made mixture from the bottle, it said Hugo after all. Whether there was even a drop of alcohol in this mixture is questionable. Hopefully there will be another solution for this, as I would like to stop there again. Kindly Heinz

The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the lake. Rooms are adequate, beds are very good, bathroom is very small and there is not enough storage space. Shower in the tub and very bad for people with mobility problems. Contrary to other guest opinions, the breakfast does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. Very clear offer, eggs have to be cooked yourself, scrambled eggs to order - but only from 9:00 a.m. when someone is in the kitchen. Ready scrambled eggs were provided at the weekend. Otherwise complete breakfast offer bulky and monotonous. A few weeks ago on Borkum in a small guesthouse experienced and enjoyed a much better breakfast offer. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Terrace directly on the lake with the well-kept green areas and the view from the balcony are fantastic. I would have loved to have taken this view home with me!

sehr gepflegtes, klassisches schweizer Hotel, Zimmer grosszügig mit Balkon, Minibar, Safe, WLan, das Bad wurde modernisiert, die Möbel sind noch etwas letztes Jahrhundert, aber sehr gepflegt, vermisst habe ich nur einen Sessel, sehr nettes Personal an Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum, sehr gutes Frühstück, das Hotel liegt direkt am See, Parkplätze sind gegen Bezahlung vorhanden, Hunde erlaubt

Wunderschöner Platz, aber.. * Auswahl der Sommerkarte viel zu klein * Fischchnusperli aus Vietnam! Echt jetzt? * Preis/Leistung stimmt hier einfach nicht ganz. Schade Bin über das Essen jedesmal ein bisschen enttäuscht; Preis stimmt nicht mit dem was serviert wird 🤷♀️ Bin trotzdem ab und zu mal da, weil einfach der Platz ein Traum ist.
