Lovely and informative welcome, clean room with great view of the lake.There was free and easy parking very nearby The upstair common parts look tired but the downstairs and breakfast room are modern and bright It’s a bit out of town but value for money.

We had such a pleasant time at the Hotel! We had a problem with our bedroom (as not what we expected) but the management solved it fast and exceeding our expectations enormeusly. The apartment was very nice, wonderful views to the lake, very comfortable. The downtown was 10/15 minutes walking and easy to get to it. I would definitely repeat.

This hotel should be so much more but is basically a motel. Imagine if you inherited a beautiful lake home but had the budget of a student to do it up. It’s a tired building that has had IKEA fittings put up to try and modernize it. There was a strange cleaning product smell about the whole place. It’s a great location, with beautiful views to the lake and the Le Bistro Baineaire just 100 meters walk away is a wonderful buzzing place for dinner.

Nous avions une belle chambre avec baignoire et une tres belle vue sur le lac, au premier étage avec également une terrasse. La literie est un peu dure. Le prix est peut-être trop élevé pour le service, il est possible que la vue y soit pour quelque chose. Le parking est payant (10€) mais il y a un parking public à 100 m vous permettant de ne pas payer - à voir en haute saison si des places sont encore disponibles.

Nous avions réservé une nuit avec vue sur le lac, seul problème : le lac est séparé de l'hôtel par un cheminement piéton très fréquenté. Les promeneurs profite de nous autant que nous profitons d'eux... Il n'y a pas de volets, seuls des rideaux malheureusement trop peu larges pour nous promettre une intimité complète. La personne à l'accueil n'était d'aucune aide et n'a proposé aucune solution convenable. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, et lorsque nous en avons fait part a l'accueil, on nous a suggéré d'aller prendre une douche dans le sauna (où les portes sont toutes entièrement vitrées). De plus, le tube de gel douche/shampooing était vide. Le spa quant à lui est sur réservation, s'il n'y a plus de disponibilité, aucune compensation n'est possible (remboursement ou avoir). Prometteur à première vue, mais ne vous laissez pas avoir par les jolies photos.

Le site est superbe, mais Le relais du lac à Hossegor est très décevant. J’ai fait une réservation dans cet hôtel parce qu’il avait offert quelques jours auparavant une promotion. La nuitée était proposée à 68 euros. A mon arrivée, j’ai demandé à bénéficier de ce tarif, ce qui m’a été refusé alors que l’hôtel était quasiment vide. J’ai donc payé 111 euros pour une chambre très humide , vétuste ( salle de bain à rénover totalement) et d’une propreté discutable, et mal équipée ( impossible de brancher la bouilloire dont le fil est trop court pour atteindre une prise .., impossible aussi d’accrocher les volets, et surtout d’ouvrir un seul battant de la fenêtre, même avec l’aide du personnel.. la fenêtre est dangereuse car l'ouverture basculante ne se désolidarise pas de l'ouverture à battant)). Et le tout couronné par un accueil froid, voire désagréable. A fuir donc ! Quant à la promotion refusée, je vais faire une réclamation auprès de services de la concurrence et de la consommation…

Jolie vue et chambre spacieuse. Sanitaire agréable. Accueil sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Place de parking à réserver obligatoire. Prix dans la moyenne du secteur. Accès rapide à pied au centre. Tour du lac super plaisant.

Attention! Ce n’est plus un hôtel 3 étoiles!! Maximum 2 étoiles! Pour le détail: - fenêtres non jointives - mal nettoyé - accès aux wc en enjambant la cuvette pour fermer la porte - accès froid quand il y en a un - buffet de supermarché à très coût
