It is clean and the staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable and I am very satisfied. It was unusual in this price range, and I was happy to provide water in PET bottles and permanent toothbrushes. I would like to use it again when I stay in Houston.

Only accessible by car. We thought we could walk around the neighborhood but were dissuaded by the staff. Room, bed, bathroom were all clean. There is no lobby though to hang out in the morning. Breakfast is just bananas and sugary bars. For a motel and the price, it was fine.

For this price was perfect but girl in reception is very mean and doesn’t know how to talk with customers. Even she opened my room without knocking the door.

Take 102 down 11 from the airport and walk for 10 minutes to the hotel. Herman Park and the museum area are within walking distance and it is convenient to play. Opposite the hotel is the H-E-B supermarket, which is convenient and cheap for shopping.

I scheduled a stay on the wrong date. The manager comped me $5. Not a big discount but every bit helps. The room was very clean though it had a strong bleach smell. Lots of contractors and their families staying in the hotel and talking outside our door til late and early next a.m.

The rooms were very nice and clean, but they didn't have breakfast in the location. It was about around the park and everybody was jogging, or there was a marathon that day. It was a little hard to get to, and then before 11 o'clock check out time. They were rushing it out the door. My husband is in Houston, so that's the only reason why I went there. I mean, I definitely would go and stay there again. The location of the hotel is bad because of the park, but it's right next to the highway. I hop is across the street, so it's conveying for breakfast

The stay was really good and the house keeper was nice and respectful of your time and space. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax

Very large and nice rooms.The prices thru Trips.com is very cheap.Ive been going here for 2 years now.I have a room reserved for me every week cause I travel 6 hours here and stay 3-4 days a week ,every week,seeing doctors in Katy and Houston.They have new befs,full size fridge,large microwave,stove,King size beds,etc.I really like it here.Cant beat the prices.

The location was not what I expected for that hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the room was clean but that was about it especially for the price I was paying for 2 nights.
