Zhuhai Hotels with Hot Tub

"On my last night in Zhuhai, I was really torn about which hotel to book. I originally considered Hanting or Chaoman, as they seemed closer and newer, which would be better for catching an early train. But after a lot of looking, I settled on this one. It wasn't much more expensive, and I could even see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. After checking in, I realized I made the perfect choice! The room was super clean and even had a safety rail, which is a lifesaver when traveling with a young child. All the amenities and items were complete and well-stocked! I was truly satisfied. The laundry room has a washer-dryer combo that dries clothes really well and leaves them smelling fresh. The roasted goose rice downstairs was also delicious. The biggest surprise was that there's a covered walkway directly from the hotel entrance (just across a small road) all the way to Zhuhai Station. Haha, I feel like I hit the jackpot! Next time I'm in Zhuhai, I absolutely have to stay here!"

As soon as I entered, I was drawn to the platter on the table, which offered a rich variety of nuts, candies, and dried fruits, all suitable for the Chinese New Year. The packaging was exquisite, clean, and hygienic. It not only satisfied my cravings but also showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. These small details revealed genuine warmth, making us feel at home even when we were away. This little surprise truly touched my heart. As for hygiene, it was impeccable, which is what I value most. When booking, I specifically requested a clean room, and upon check-in, it exceeded all expectations. The bathtub was spotless, with a smooth interior, no stains, watermarks, or odors. Taking a hot bath in the evening, washing away the day's fatigue, was simply a divine experience. The bedding was also exceptionally clean and fresh, neatly made without a single wrinkle. It felt soft and skin-friendly, clearly having undergone strict washing and disinfection. Lying on it felt incredibly secure, and I had a perfect night's sleep without any pressure. For someone with slight潔癖 (germaphobia) like me, I was truly satisfied. Beyond that, the hotel's service was incredibly warm and considerate, especially thanks to Ms. Xiao Rou. Due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we needed a late check-out. I was worried it would be troublesome, but I contacted Xiao Rou just to try, and to my surprise, she was incredibly enthusiastic and patient. She quickly helped us coordinate and handle the request efficiently and smoothly, without any evasiveness. We were able to check out late, giving us ample time for our itinerary and solving our urgent problem. The entire communication process was very pleasant. Xiao Rou's service attitude was gentle and friendly, making us feel very comfortable and experiencing the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff. During our stay, whether it was housekeeping, daily services, or temporary requests, the hotel handled everything flawlessly. Staying here, we not only enjoyed comfortable and clean accommodation but also experienced thoughtful and meticulous service. Every detail revealed the hotel's dedication, making our stay secure and comfortable. This hotel was undoubtedly the biggest surprise of our Chinese New Year trip. It had a great environment, immaculate hygiene, warm service, and a strong sense of the New Year. It's an excellent choice for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. "The soundproofing at the hotel is quite poor; I could hear water running and conversations from the next room. There's a parking lot, but it's only free during your stay. I checked in on the 1st and checked out on the 2nd morning around 9 AM. When I checked out, I mentioned I had a car and might not leave until the next evening, but the hotel didn't clearly inform me that parking wouldn't be free after 2 PM. This feels like a hidden charge. To make matters worse, the parking isn't cheap at 10 yuan per hour. They told me I owed 60 yuan for exceeding the time limit by 6 hours. I only got a discount after arguing with the security guard. If parking isn't free after checkout, why wasn't this communicated before I checked out?"
