MAIN FLOOR: When you walk in, you'll be greeted by our soaring chalet living room windows looking out at the pine forest. It's a wonderful room with a wood-burning fireplace, 65" Roku TV, lots of games and seating for your group. Off the living room is the main deck with lots of seating and a propane fire table. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a full bathroom between them. One of the bedrooms has a Roku TV. The kitchen is on the main floor and is completely stocked with everything you need to make great meals. Everyone loves sitting around the large hand-crafted dining table that seats your entire group. In the summer there is outdoor seating for al fresco dining. BASEMENT: In the walk-out basement below, there is a big sectional sofa, a pool table and another 65" Roku TV. Around the corner is a sleeping area with a king bed and a full bed. There is also a wet bar with a sink. The laundry room is in the basement, with an additional refrigerator. From the basement, you can walk out the French doors to another ground-level patio with seating. LOFT: The top floor has the primary bedroom and a library loft, with French doors out to another balcony. The primary bedroom has a large Roku TV on a rolling stand to move to the foot of your bed for relaxing and watching movies. Important: After you complete your reservation, you will receive a message from a company called Truvi, formally called Superhog. I use them to verify identity to fulfill requirements by the county. Once you are verified, you will be covered for up to $500 in accidental damage. So be sure to let me know as soon as something is broken! It won't cost you anything. If it's more than $500, you may also be covered, so don't hesitate in telling me about it. After that, you will receive our digital guest guidebook app that you can add to your phone screen. It has lots of info about the cabin, including amenities, instructions, wifi, safety and rules, and communication with the host. You'll also find an entire Local Area Attractions section, so you'll know where to eat, the best hikes, shopping, and day trips. You are free to contact the host (Debbie) for anything that you can't find in the guidebook. Pine is a small mountain community about 100 miles from the Phoenix metro area. There is a quaint commercial area on the main highway, with shops and restaurants. 1. I'm ok with vaping outside away from open windows, but no cigarettes. Ever. Check with me about cigars. During dry summer months I will say no to all smoking. Our insurance won't allow it and you'll be fined if evidence of smoking is found. 2. No loud parties or amplified music at any time of day. 3. Only the guests who are booked may be at the house. If you want to have visitors, just let me know in advance. There may be an additional fee depending on the conditions. This beautiful log cabin is located in Tonto National Forest in the small hamlet of Pine, AZ. It has 2 stories, a large back deck that is partially covered, and the garage is converted to a fun game room. You can cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace in the large living room. Named after our juniper tree that's over a century old, the Old Tree Cabin offers a variety of different spaces to enjoy your time in the mountains. Grill and entertain outside on the rear deck, sit and read in a comfy rocker on the front porch, enjoy meals around the large family table or hang out with family and friends in the rec room. There you have fun playing foosball, shuffleboard or just watching the game on the large Roku TV. The back deck of this cabin has over 1000 sf of both covered and uncovered space and includes a custom island with a large grill and lots of counter space. You'll find plenty of outdoor seating on the deck, and below the deck is more seating with a wood-burning firepit. Inside the cabin, you'll find a spacious upstairs master bedroom with a treehouse-like feel. The master bedroom comes with its own private deck, an award-winning Helix king bed, an electric fireplace, and an office area. There are three bedrooms, two with king beds, one with a queen, and the loft has two XL twins. The Old Tree Cabin offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete info for a damage waiver through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. There is a $35 fee, but you are protected for up to $500 in accidental damage.
