Conveniently Located, but Facilities Need Refreshing

The hotel's standout feature is its prime location—just a short walk from both the KL Monorail and KL Sentral stations, making it ideal for travelers navigating the city. There are many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are spacious enough for comfort, and the internet connection is reliable. The staff are courteous and eager to assist, adding a warm touch to the stay. However, the property shows signs of age, and overall cleanliness could benefit from more attention and upkeep.

My 2nd stay here. The location is a banger as it is located in the city center. An LRT station is nearby too, and it's connected to the lalaport mall which is just across the street from the hotel. Hawker stalls aren't far either, just a five minute walk to a bunch of kopitiam in the area. Service was great, my rooms toilet bowl was stuck and the staff settled it for me quickly. Cleanliness could be improved as I noticed the floor wasn't swept and some rubbish weren't thrown.

The staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of parking, and the room offered a beautiful view.

The hotel outside looking need to improve. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable bedding. It was net and clean but had some bad smell. Bath and shower okay. Location not bad, the center with in 1/2km.

I am giving 5 stars because? Just because, good location though. Have to say that at least.
