Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly. There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed. The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

Good hotel was just quite hot nicw location in town centre need air conditioning though

The transportation is convenient and the supermarket is nearby.

There are bus and train stations nearby. Wifi is good.

The sanitation is too dirty and there is no cleaning at all. The kettle is dirty and the toilet is very dirty. Don’t choose this place because the location is okay. It’s next to the train station.

I spent 4 weeks in Travelodge Feltham. I must say, manager, assistant manager, reception staff all were awesome, very helpful. Cleaning team specially 'Jamuna Rai (Cleaning Supervisor) was awesome always making sure everything is perfectly organised and cleaned properly. A very professional standard of her work. Will go back again in future. Will highly recommend and all the shops, high street literally 1 min from the hotel. Direct bus connection to Heathrow terminal 3 in just 30 mins. Area could use some work but the hotel was everything we needed, beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, and a huge thank you to Jaz who (upon request) gave us a full rundown of what was available in the area where was worth going and where to avoid which made our choices a lot easier for the evening 🙂

Very friendly service from the employees. Ann and Loveleen were extremely patient and helpful with me. They made sure I was comfortable during my stay with my family and always made sure to provide me with any sort of help or information at the earliest time available. Will definitely be going again and would definitely recommend to others.

We chose this hotel to be close to important meetings in the area. Terrible stay. NOISY and smelly! Families live here crammed in small rooms. We were on the 6th floor awaken everyday by slamming doors. Screaming kids running up and down the corridor, going from one room to another. It only quiet down once they were off to school. Also smelly due to the fact that these families cook in their rooms. We complained at the reception but nothing was done about it.

I stayed at Feltham Travelodge in the month of February. Bimla, Natsya and Mac were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and their friendly hospitality was very welcoming. This was my 2nd visit in the last 6 months, and would recommend staying here for train/bus links and neighbouring towns such as Richmond. Thank you Feltham Travelodge for a great experience. Hina

Situated just around the corner from the police station who are kept very busy. Regular siren output four times a night. The reception parking scan code leads you to a gaming site and you are down £60 in no time, without knowing it. Possibly misrepresentation when the receptionist directs you to it. If you see thinking of a business trip, forget it. You can always buy a six pack and crack them open with the guests though....and anytime of night

Reception staff Irene and Jay were so helpful after we had had a challenging journey. Please give more info about where to park, how to get there and how to get parking discount. It was not available on the booking confirmation and the postcode took us to a dead end
