The hotel is extremely close to the terminal, directly connected by a skybridge. It looks very new, boasts comprehensive facilities, and is impeccably clean. All essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and slippers are provided.
The soundproofing is also excellent; despite an elevated highway being right outside the window, there was absolutely no noise inside.
They provide a 1.5-meter wide bed, which is a big plus! Many hotels in this area often have quite narrow beds, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a spacious 1.5m bed here, making it perfect for two people.
For trips to the city center, taking the subway is also very convenient.
On 15 September, I came to check in for our second room since we had booked two rooms: one family room and one twin bedroom.
The family room was ready earlier, so we checked in around 11–12pm. At that time, the staff informed us that the second room would only be available for check-in at 3pm to avoid early check-in charges. We decided to check in later at night around 10–11pm for the other room.
During the check-in process, I requested an extra blanket for the family room (Room 459), as it was just me and my brother staying there, and we couldn’t share a single blanket. The staff asked how many people were in the room and insisted that they couldn’t provide an extra blanket without checking with the supervisor. Even after checking, they still refused and mentioned that the family room should already come with an extra quilt on the sofa bed.
I explained that there was no extra blanket or quilt in Room 459. The staff confirmed that there should be one, but when we returned to the room, there was none. I was very frustrated at this point. Later, when we went up to our twin room (Room 412), we discovered that this room actually had the extra blanket and quilt — even though this was the twin room, not the family room.
This left us very confused. How could the staff not know which room types are equipped with extra blankets? It felt unprofessional and gave us the impression that they weren’t familiar with the room assignments.
It is a typical 4+ level hotel, modest decoration but does not look old fashion yet. Spacious, clean, bright and tidy room. Everything like desk, TV, mirrors, and bathroom iis surprisingly big in Europe, at this price level. Even the shampoo and body wash are jumbo sized. Tap and shower glass door need some maintenance. Huge basin countertop, good to put everything on. Some adjacent rooms can be connected to create a family room. The staff are polite and friendly.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not walkable from the airport, it needs to take a public bus from the Terminal 2 Central Bus station or using the Holiday Inn group shuttle bus (GBP6.80). Alternative means are Uber and taxi. The choice of food at breakfast is limited but reasonable. There are 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby pantry. The hotel shares the fitness centre with the Holiday Inn hotel next door. The hotel only serves room service food but you may dine at the restaurant at Holiday Inn. If you need to grab cold drinks or snacks, there is a grocery store after 20 mins' walk. There were problems with the room key cards which they automatically reset if you touch the card with electronic devices. We had exchanged 3 times for the key cards and the hotel staff apologised for the inconvenience.
Let me check in on arrival which was very nice (1 hour early) - small room with large single bed - very clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was adequate. 2hotel room on third floor was surprisingly quiet and you could open the window slightly for fresh air. Will make it my 1st choice for hotels at Heathrow. No problem getting local bus across the street to the airport.
Great budget choice convenient to airport, also buses to Kingston etc. Neat and clean with helpful courteous staff, it’s better than many more expensive outfits serving Heathrow. Tesco minimart nearby for any extra needs. Also a nice cafe bar area. Recommended!
I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person)
The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel. Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable.
The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels)
I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice.
I don't think I would stay here again unless the price was right and there weren't other properties around Heathrow at a decent price.
The key reason is that the property is in need of a refurb. The wear and tear is visible, the furniture is all chipped etc.
Apart from that, the bed was actually comfortable and the bedding was great so soft. The breakfast was standard and the staff was efficient.
The handsome Pakistani brother at the front desk was very friendly. He patiently explained the precautions to me and helped me drag the luggage to my room.Thank him very much.

Great
GGuest UserGreat stay for four adults in the double double-room, there was a separator in the middle of the room so a bit of privacy was provided. Complementary cocktails were a nice perk too. Cool view of planes landing at Heathrow
GGuest UserSlightly slow check in as trainee on the desk - unclear instructions on how to locate room. Room itself was very good - amenities to hand. Bar service poor and the staff member who served us had an attitude. Went to the international restaurant but decided it was too noisy and canteen like - for a few pounds more, eat in the French style one. There both service and food were excellent. Well located for access to the terminal.
OOllieSmithStayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc.
Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh.
Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers).
Aaime8585Really great for the price. The breakfast was not bad at all and the room was very clean and tidy. We asked for a bath and they found a room for us. The only thing was that the noise outside the door from people speaking and closing the doors was very loud, but that can’t be helped
AAozhoushuyuanThe hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it.
MM353715****Awesome stay experience! The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is particularly in place, giving people a refreshing and clean feeling. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the washing area is reasonably designed and easy to use. The staff is enthusiastic and proactive, patiently answering various questions, and will also provide practical travel advice. The price is reasonable and the price is super high. It is suitable for short-term travel or long-term stay. It is strongly Amway for everyone!
GGuest UserI think that a kettle in a room is an absolute minimum. every time I wanted a cup of tea I had to get dressed and go to the foyer. even then they're was no kettle, just warm water from a coffee machine. a fridge would have been nice somewhere so i could store me oat milk. the airconditioner was sporadic, and turned itself off so I was boiling during the night.
the staff were lovely.
CCHUNHygienic, good service, breakfast 0k, there is the most basic milk, croissants, coffee and tea. There is no free shuttle bus at the airport. Take a taxi for a few kilometers.
Hhuangyan27738110I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,
JjosephNot impressed, but would consider going back. Neighborhood not very safe feeling. The staff were great, the restaurant awesome. Great food. The actual halls and rooms just so so. The gym is amazing, thats worth staying there.
