Was a good stay. Stayed one night only, two queen beds, without breakfast. Very clean and updated. Great staff. The only thing is ceiling kind of too low. Old building, outside looks really old. Inside seems like everything is updated. Looks very nice! Great location! Best price through *******. Highly recommend!

Everything was top quality. The restaurant in the building was amazing. We ate there for dinner and breakfast. Each chef and cook food was excellent. The room was deodorized right before we entered. It smelled clean and fresh...all around good experience

Toilet did not work in our room the entire stay. They tried to fix 4 times without success. Many items broken in the room and in building, including other bathrooms.

Had a funeral, and they would not modify my reservation even though I booked 6 nights, and my group of 55 people booked several more. The shower was out of hot water by 8am. It’s an old tired property and I wasn’t impressed.

We stayed here 5 nights to visit our family over Christmas. The hotel is conveniently located, very clean, and well-appointed. We will stay here again.

The card swipe to get in the building did not function. The water to the facility was being turned off at 9am this morning (we should have been notified of this before arrival). The coffee pot in the room did not work. There was no ice machine on our floor although one was indicated. The vending machine on our floor was completely out of product. An extremely disappointing stay which colored our time in Houston negatively.
