Residence Inn Houston I-10 West/Park Row

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities, particularly the weight room. The weight room was small and outdated, with limited equipment and not well-maintained. As someone who enjoys working out during my travels, I found the lack of quality fitness facilities to be a downside. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel due to its other positive attributes. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the room service was prompt and efficient. If the hotel could invest in upgrading their weight room and fitness facilities, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future, but hope to see improvements in this area."

Decent Hotel with polite staff. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for other travelers.

The front desk was very welcoming and very nice. However, our room was not as clean, there was like brown stuff in the wall by the bed. And when turning the ac it was very loud in living room and also the heat did not work.

The entire location was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The hotel was clean, my room was setup perfectly with kitchen, bed, and a place where my friend could work quietly while I recovered from oral surgery. Staff was always attentive and kind! I will definitely be returning!
