It was the most unbelievable hotel experience I've ever had.
The first room I was given smelled extremely moldy, and the towel rack in the bathroom was so dusty that it left a towel-shaped mark.
By the time I realized this, it was already late at night, so I had no choice but to stay in the other room. However, the moldy smell was so bad I couldn't sleep at all and my throat ended up with a very sore throat.
The next morning, I asked the front desk to change my room, and they immediately upgraded me to a new room, but it wasn't exactly clean (although the air conditioning had been improved), and the bathroom facilities were quite worn.
As compensation, I was given a $25 voucher for use at the hotel's convenience store and a breakfast voucher (I couldn't use breakfast because my schedule didn't suit me), but even now that I've left the hotel, I'm still suffering from a sore throat and other allergies, so I feel like this was not worth it at all.
Because they quickly accepted my room change,
I gave the service a 2.
However, the hotel as a whole just didn't feel like a Hilton.
There is an urgent need to improve the facilities.
