The floor was sticky. Yhe bathtub and toilet was dirty. The bed needed to be replaced probably 10 years ago.

Not very good experience
The room was clean, but the matresses and pillows were old and worn out. The matresses' springs sounded a lot every time we moved. The pillows were very uncomfortable and worn out
The bathtub was very sleepery, so it needs a plastic rug or something to prevent any falls
Our room was next to the pantry, so there was a lot of noise since early in the morning
The hallway smelled like cigarettes

Upon check-in the person who was at the front desk barely understood English. My kids found a roach in our room on the first night. Our third night there at around 1:00 am the fire alarm went off. Someone burned something in a room. I went down to the lobby and not a person was insight. No one was there to assure we were okay. Overall including location was a 3/10. Do not recommend.

Hotel was clean and was peaceful to stay but parking lot is unsafe. Our truck's catalytic converter was stolen and from some other guests trucks as well in same night. Thief's Wonder around parking lot freely and saw out your cars property easily without anyone noticing. In the morning you will get some surveillance footage of theft of your car.

Overall TERRIBLE experience! Don't even worry about why, just choose another place to stay! Elevator was out most of time...when it worked, felt unsafe anyways. Halls smell terrible, room smelled very musky. People at front desk have NO concept of customer service and are just plain rude. Keycards had to be reset at front desk once a day for some reason.

Not well kept. Bucket in hallway to catch water coming from ceiling .
Toaster had to be held down if you wanted a toast at the breakfast area
