My second time staying at this hotel. The morning week and weekend breakfast staff is awesome. The location is great. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location was ok, the room has a little odor , but he cleaning crew did not do a good job in cleaning the room. After getting to my room I immdeiate notice the shower was not clear and their was blood on the ceiling above the bed. I went to front desk to ask for housekeeping. The lady at the front desk stated that housekeeping was about to go home. So I explain to her my issue , she said let her look at and she came to the room with a cleaning bottle and rag. I got the stuff from her, me and my husband clean the shower and stain on wall as best we could. We didn't get another room as we where there for for one night and didn't want to go threw the trouble. Other than that the hotel was ok. Only one loud guest across the hall from us.

I’m not a person to write a review. However, I went to Houston for a funeral Saturday and decided to choose this hotel because it had an indoor swimming pool and after the funeral me and my kids would relax in the pool once I get to the hotel to check in I ask about the pool and it was closed however it’s not stated no where on the website. Very disappointed because I could have chose a different room. We then get settled in the room leave to get food come back to shower there 2 big roaches in the bathroom. Oh and management was most definitely as rude as they come. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Verbally accosted in our car, which was locked, while waiting for my husband to check us in. Area appeared very unsafe, building appeared dirty and unkept ie; curtains detached from rod, floors dirty etc. Our safety was biggest issue.

We had a great room and parking experience. We had trouble with the wifi both in and out of the room the entire time. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was soso no yogurt, regular milk, fruit and the pancake machine was broken.

The property was clean and I was pleased with my room. I wasn't impressed when I first approached the counter to ck in and the staff basically ignored me for roughly a minute and continued talking amongst themselves instead of greeting me. Once they acknowledged me everything else went fine but I was pretty put off initially!!

The hotel was great, the staff was amazing but the AC wasn’t working, had 2 people come and look at it and still no good. Sleeping was unbearable because the room was too hot. I packed up and left before sunrise

My room had a smell like the pool, I figured it might pass as they just cleaned it. I left the room for 5 hours and when return smell was still there. I walked towards the side of the bed and found the floor was soaking wet! That was the smell. I asked to be moved but no avail rooms. Next morning my interview clothing smelled like that room- musty. Very dissatisfied

My husband and I came in at 12:30 in the morning. We drove all night and we’re very tired. The clerk at the front desk told us we would not be able to check in because her system was down. I asked her what time would the system be up again and she said she did not know. Because my husband has congestive heart failure and other medical issues, he needed to rest as soon as possible so then I left the lobby and told my husband who was in the car that the system was down. I then returned to the lobby to ask the clerk for an update. There was no one in the lobby and there were customers waiting. I then decided to wait. After 20 minutes I went back to my car and by then I could see my husband was really struggling and needed to lay down. I then called ******* and asked the lady to cancel our stay. She said she would call the hotel to see if they would reverse the charges and by the time she returned my call, we left the hotel to find another place to stay. Upon answering the phone, she said the hotel refused to reverse my charges, and that I could check in at that time. Remind you by then we were already miles away from the hotel. To say that this was the most unprofessional experience that I’ve ever had with Holiday Inn express is an understatement. ******* was very helpful in that ******* agreed to reimburse me for this stay, though the hotel still took the money from my card. This was a very unfortunate occurrence and I will contact corporate about this incident asap.

I don’t enjoy long hotel stays but the staff made it memorable. It was like I was talking to friends I’ve had for a while. They made my experience one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Way too much chlorine in the pool. It burned our eyes just being in the room. The 2nd night there, we had to switch rooms because of awful moldy smell in the room. The girl at the desk was amazing and very helpful. Our next room was great. Very good breakfast! Overall, I would stay here again
