The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Wonderful hotel with great large Bedrooms. Good parking with EV Points. Breakfast was continental and lots of it. Nice cocktail bar down the road and a few good restaurants. Great place to stop. have been twice now and the hotel is better than the first visit. Very handy for the Ferries too.

Rooms were clean, big and spacious, staff was extremely friendly and the spa was one of the best part. Town is only 15min to santander and the beach and but there is many restaurants and things to do around the area. We’ll definitely come back again .

Easy location to arrive at whether coming off the Santander Ferry or travelling by road from France. Staff extremely helpful, rooms very comfortable, meals good value food tasty. Spa facilities whilst a little dated are good and normally it is not too busy. Children in the pool can be noisy but thats life.

Very nice hotel, only 15 mins to Santander downtown. Our room was very big and clean, with spacious bathroom and a big wardrobe. It was very quiet and with nice style and view. The bed was very comfortable too. We were really surprised. The hotel has a destination charger of Porsche, so we could use it to charge our electric car, the price of the charge is 6€. Everything of our two nights stay was perfect.

My experience was terrible, we booked a room with a jacuzzi, at the entrance the ceiling was open, the jacuzzi was dirty, it says that the rooms are soundproof and it is not true, what a night the people next door gave us, they tell you that you have the spa for free but you have to pay €2 for the hats.. After paying €200 for the room.. You go down to the buffet and you have paid €20/person.. and the first thing they make us is an unmade French omelette and on top it is black, the iron does not It was clean, bread from the day before, no cereals, nothing for intolerant people... You enter and leave the rooms through the children's park and everyone looks at you to see who you are... A real shame, really. I do not recommend it.

For a 4* hotel I expected more. The spa, compared to others in Cantabria, seemed quite basic to me, the water temperature was low (only one pool was hot, the rest were cold) and having to activate the jets of each installation manually, since they stop at Within a few minutes of activating it, some of them didn't work and you had to change. I also thought it was not hygienic enough. In the room, the hot tub was not clean and a very small stream came out of the shower head. The bed could also be improved.
