Good location amenities soso

The room is very clean and quiet. The bathroom, however, is a bit dated and has limited space for "ladies' toiletries and makeup." The sink area is small, so you may need to place your items outside the bathroom. They use an old-fashioned shower curtain to prevent water from splashing around the bathroom, which I haven't seen in a while. Aside from the bathroom, I have no complaints about the overall experience.

Positives: - centrally located (with a huge shopping mall just around the corner) - fantastic breakfast in terms of quality and quantity as well as the provision of local hsinchu food - amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed - eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request) - Room clean and functional - separate shower and bath tub - international electrical socket Negatives - bath towels could be thicker - lack of face towel - no hair conditioner - my room had no view (view of shopping centre carpark)

Newly renovated and great service, close to city center and shopping mall, however bathroom was not renovated.

My first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel was in the early 2000s.Since then, the rooms have been updated but the service is still first rate. I needed help with getting my high speed train ticket issued and the person at the front counter offered to go with me to the convenience store to help. The bathroom has a Japanese toilet accessory and a bathtub shower so you can soak a bit if it's been a hot day in Hsinchu. A large mall is located 5 minutes away and there are several convenience stores on the same block so there are plenty of eating options.

The in-room lunch boxes are incredibly filling and delicious, and only 286 yuan! Non-guests pay 520 yuan! The breakfast is amazing, especially the special salads with scallions, bamboo shoots, mountain prawns, sesame and peanut mushrooms. They also have shepherd's pie and saury fish, which are amazing!

Located behind a large city, it's very convenient for shopping. The restaurant downstairs is also quite spacious. The room is also quite large, with two comfortable single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, allowing for separate showers for children and adults.

The downside is that the gym and sauna require extra charges, and the sauna is limited to men because of lack of space. I think this is worth reviewing, and we can learn from other hotels, one morning for women, one evening for men, and switch every other day. Otherwise, for a hotel that claims to be sustainable, it is hard to justify the facilities being only for men.

1. The hotel breakfast is plentiful with many choices. 2. The room size is acceptable. 3. The bathroom floor is a bit slippery; be careful if you have small children. 4. The location is excellent; it's right next to Big City, and about a 20-minute walk to the City God Temple.

The hotel is very close to the shopping mall. The house is also comfortable. There is a convenience store downstairs

I was on a business trip to Hsinchu, and the room at Yanbo Hotel was fantastic – spacious and clean. The only downside was the soundproofing; I could clearly hear the other roommate closing their door! Overall, though, it's definitely worth a second visit!
