I have stayed at Banyan many times before. Because I really like this place (I like the location, I like the long pool, the staff are very nice) I want it to be improved. Sincerely
1. Lawn around the house It looks very shabby now.
2. The hot water heater doesn't work in 1 room. In the other room, when the hot water is turned on, it is very hot. Unable to adjust to warm water
3. The door that opens to the swimming pool. Both edges attached to the normal wall are firmly attached. But can be opened on both sides. Which is not safe in the case of someone entering the house.
4. The original sofa set is very comfortable. This new set is not comfortable to sit on. Always flowing.
**Nong Keng who takes care of our stay is very cute. She provides very good service.
**Uncle Security Guard (visit date 21-23 Oct. 2023) is very cute, always raising his hand to pay respects when entering and exiting.
