Overall it's pretty good. I took my kids to stay at Fantawild. The service attitude, breakfast, and rooms were all pretty good. However, I arrived at around 8pm, probably because there was a wedding the next day and there were more guests checking in. There were more than 10 guests checking in, but there was only one staff member at the front desk to check in, so I had to wait for a very long time. During the waiting period, 4.5 people were smoking in the lobby with no one to stop them and no one to supervise them. It was full of smoke and smoke. I had no choice but to ask my wife to take the children out to wait. I hope to strengthen management.
