基本上花間堂出品必屬精品，酒店位置非常好，後邊就是御馬頭，還有大運河，花街，鬧中取靜，外邊鑼鼓喧囂，人聲鼎沸，但是在酒店裡就很安靜，非常適合度假。
設施很新，住起來很舒服，房間也夠大，而且景色非常棒，服務更不用説了，能在國內酒店排到前幾位的。基本前台是有求必應，本來想住一天，然後因為服務又多續了一天。
小姐姐非常熱情，積極推薦了周圍好吃好玩的，而且各種服務細節注重的非常好，例如我媳婦兒過生日，小姐姐幫她拍了照片，打印照片放在木頭相框裏送給了我媳婦兒，這波服務我給滿分。
用的礦泉水和青島瑞吉是一個檔次的（青島瑞吉在我們山東是頂奢酒店），小吧枱裏的各種飲料和北京寶格麗用的是一樣的，而且還有各種小零食，全是免費的。
美中不足停車場有些遠，介紹説是150米，保守估計要有三四百米，早餐不錯，但是在餐廳訂的正餐確實比較一般。
基本就是淮安最好（最貴）的酒店了，所以無論是出差度假，選這裏準沒錯。

第二次帶父母和小朋友一起入住了，全五分！老中青都找到自己愛的部分，早餐實在豐富，食材真是用心了；還有可能是淮安最好的咖啡☕️；晚間甜品兩次都不一樣卻都好吃；最難得是服務的一致性。總之，會再來
