父親車禍無法行走衹能輪椅，過年從鎮江帶父親去徐州散心，回頭準備直接回鎮江，小孩想去淮安，所以定了酒店，徐州出發開了200公里到了地方，因為沒有電梯，輪椅無法上樓，跟老闆協商退房，老闆因為使用平台規則，可退可不退的情況下拒絕退款，這個世界是應該遵守規則，但還有一個東西叫做人性，我女兒説下次再也不來淮安了，大過年的，一點温度都沒有的城市

總的來説，環境還是很好的，然後服務態度也很好，熱水非常的快，也是有一次性牙具的，店內還有飲品售賣，價格合適，性價比比較高，推薦入住。

房間很滿意，空間很大，屋頂很高，不會感覺壓抑，晚上也沒有汽車鳴笛，很安靜，屋後面是農家自種地，種了一片黃豆，金黃金黃的，好看。樓下是一條小型的商業街，吃喝買日常用品都很方便，晚上還有路邊小車買炒飯炒粉，好吃😊，下回來淮安還訂這家賓館，滿意
