前台服務人員專業性不強，辦理入住花費了很長時間；電梯上樓安全性不強，雖然有刷卡上樓的設計，但是其實並沒有用，沒有卡的人也可以上樓；房間設施不錯，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，較為簡陋，空調是以前的老機子，會有點噪音；房間隔音效果不行，走廊的聲音聽得一清二楚；晚上還有人在門縫裡麪塞小卡片，建議酒店加強管理！！！早餐服務非常好，阿姨們很熱情，早餐也很豐盛。

酒店的位於淮海廣場市中心，位置非常優越，周邊出行、停車、遊玩和購物都十分便利。新裝修升級後家庭房空間很大，兩張1.8米的大床，正好滿足家庭出遊的需求，而且全屋智能，房間乾淨舒適。酒店正在搞體驗入住促銷，價格意想不到的親民。酒店的服務也特別貼心周到，主動幫助拿行李送到房間，還暖心的把洗好的衣服烘乾，在這樣的價位能享受到這樣的設施和服務，特別物超所值！非常推薦！
