差評給前台，安排的房間對面是設備間，一大早就不斷的有人開門關門進進出出，吵得根本沒法睡。（重點是辦入住時已經説過要安靜的房間，結果第一間安排在電梯口，換了一間在設備間對面。）

10月25 日的酒店入住體驗感：在攜程網上預訂的，我要求安排無煙房間，酒店同意了（見圖）。但是進了房間發現桌上放着香煙缸，根本不是安排的無煙房。總枱服務員很會忽悠：入住酒店辦手續時，詢問要不要給你們安排“陽光房”？陽光房當然是人人喜歡的。誰知進入房間後，才知道這房是倒西太陽的“陽光房”，房間温度27度（見圖）。那時酒店的空調已統一關閉了。本想到酒店好好休息睡一覺的，可是折騰了半天就是一個字“熱”，怎麼也睡不着。

城市名人我是鐵粉，一年要入住很多次，來淮安出差就是住名人沒有其他，但這次我要表揚一下大堂許經理，她很熱情很貼心，前台的小帥哥要收按金，但是許經理看到我是鐵粉，就讓其免收按金，其實我很少被收按金，雖然按金也是常規操作，但是許經理説不用收，這種感覺讓人有一種賓至如歸的回家感覺，有温度，所以今天的好評完全是給許經理的。

酒店環境中規中矩，工作人員很有服務意識，見面會主動打招呼。户型設計合理，早餐種類很多，還有淮安特色美食，餐廳工作人員在細節上做的很好，牛肉湯會一部分放香菜，一部分不放香菜，旋轉餐廳很有特色，在餐廳可以俯瞰南北分界線公園。客房每天都會提供歡迎水果。特別表揚一下16層工作人員，我們每天飲水量較大，工作人員會及時加量補充瓶裝水。祝酒店生意興隆，各位工作人員身體健康，萬事如意。

樓下就是黃河古道，中國南北地理分界標誌。到西遊樂園開車半小時，到河下古鎮公交一小時。挺方便的。
酒店有地下停車場停車方便，入住送了水果。設施齊全，靠窗有個非常大的梳化床，我家兒子表示很滿意，十一過節期間漲價不多。性價比高。
最滿意的是早餐，25層旋轉餐廳早餐品種齊全。早上喝點淮南牛肉湯，來上一把咖啡，真的挺舒服的。

國慶帶孩子到淮安旅遊，給孩子定的主題房間，孩子十分喜歡，進了房間就自己玩兒起來了，第二天還不捨得走。酒店裝修也很新很現代，工作人員十分熱情，能第一時間迴應顧客的需求，早餐是在高層的旋轉餐廳，能俯瞰淮安景色，菜品豐富，味道佳。整體十分的滿意！
