沒有同意辦理會員卡，連我自己的餐劵都沒有給我，第二天早上去要，前台既然説查不到，需要查看我訂單是否有早餐，這是基本對客户的信任都沒有嗎？還是工作失誤還不願承認錯誤，服務態度和體驗度很差，住兩天也沒有酒店任何負責人聯繫我，連個解釋都沒有。

淮安星程酒店淮安南昌路店服務規範，房間面積較大，衞生舒適。空調也比較給力。早餐在二樓，品種齊全，麪條也比較給力。總體給好評！

總體來説很乾凈很值得推薦，就是馬桶的水流有點太大了，感覺每次沖的時候都會滋出來。其他設施都很乾凈很新，這個價格很值得

國慶來玩的，房間很好，寶寶睡得很舒服，前一天是住的民宿是很漂亮的，但是酒店呢還是會更加的舒服，讓人睡得更加的沉一點更放鬆，估計跟床是很大關係。剛進房間廁所有點臭，聯繫工作人員馬上過來處理了反應及時。走廊有點太長了，走得有點累。其他都很好。
