We had a good stay in Huaihua. We enjoyed the relaxed basic lifestyle of the people in Huaihua. We stayed for 2 nights at the Railway hotel. It once used to be a beautiful hotel. Currently we felt it slightly dirty, but we can still recommend an easy overnight here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room. The bed was in fact very comfortable.

The location was good and bad at once. Its located directly next to the city center with many restaurants and bars. But the superior deluxe room, which we had, is orientated to the railway station and its loud during the whole night. Also the walls in the hotel seem not very thick.
The room we're really clean and had everything you need for a good price.

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The train station is just a few steps away.
The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic. The service staff on the floor are kind and very nice.
The breakfast is also good, with many varieties, I personally think that the price/performance ratio is quite high. The price is not expensive in the urban area, and the accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than those of the same price. The service attitude is standardized, it is worth recommending, and the hotel is very cost-effective. will come again next time.

Near the railway station, in the business district, there are elevators, the guest rooms are clean and tidy, the mattress is too soft, and the back pain is caused by sleeping. In August, the quilt was too thick. I turned on the air conditioner for a few decades, and I still felt hot, and the radio in the fire station was louder, and I was woken up at 6 o'clock! 酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也可以，還有一個服務框，裏面都是日常使用但是很容易忘帶的小玩意，很貼心呀，很加好感度。晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，酒店還提供健身器材，真後悔沒有早起鍛鍊。價格也很實惠，推薦推薦

坐火車來的懷化晚上十點多才到的 出站就看到這家酒店了 外觀就給人一種很華貴的感覺 大廳的燈光讓我覺得很舒服 前台小姐姐在辦理入住的時候也是輕聲輕語的跟我交流 很温柔很可愛 房間裏設施都齊全 還有礦泉水跟茶包 窗户很大適合觀景 也算是市中心具有浪漫的一家酒店 因為早上要繼續趕車 入住的時候預約了叫醒服務 前台小姐姐準時準時打電話叫醒我 實在太感謝了 期待下次來懷繼續入住這家酒店。
