Booked on hourly basis for 3 hours just to get freshened up before my next rail departure. Awesome location and nearby the south railway station. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Highly recommended.

The hotel environment is excellent, the facilities are very new, and there is a fruit plate. The pick-up service is very friendly to people arriving at the station at night. After telling the hotel about the arrival time, a special car driver will contact the hotel for detailed instructions to get out. The seamless connection between the outbound and pick-up is very convenient. The lady at the front desk knew that I was leaving the store early in the morning and she thoughtfully gave me a breakfast coupon, which was nice!

The check-in experience is extremely poor. It's not worth stretching your legs when sitting on the toilet (there's not enough space, and your legs are directly pressed against the door). 趁着節假日從贛西小城來千璽的家長懷化看看，誇爆這家酒店，服務和環境都非常好，早上到懷化下暴雨把鞋泡了，酒店8點多就幫忙辦理了入住，又有車來回接送；車把我送到南站，去古商城和黔陽古城玩完了回來，車又到南站把我接回酒店，特別貼心周到；房間也很大，8點吃的早餐品種很多很好吃，要不是吃飽了還想吃碗粉哈哈。其實一開始訂的是別家但看上了這家的早餐換過來的，各方面都非常滿意，以後有機會再來這兒住~
