路過定的酒店，空調效果太差了，而且親子房完全不值這個價格，配的床又硬又潮濕，甚至有一股黴味。需要謹慎！早餐也很一般，沒啥吃的。

其他的都挺滿意的，環境服務都好，就是設備不喜歡，去了兩三次，那個空調基本上都是壞的，開製冷也還是吹的熱風，温度根本下不來，非常的不舒服，如果是冬天的話還好，但是夏天的體驗不好，非常的熱，被子超級熱。

這家酒店裝修比較久了，聞説屬於比較老牌的接待酒店。作為接待類酒店，設施舊點雖然不能作為最主要的硬性指標，但還是應該有所考慮。但是，酒店畢竟是為客人服務的，設施不能強求，服務應該還是要跟上的。下圖所示，是酒店十三樓巨幕大床房地毯，其餘的我就不拍了，比如牆布脱皮，死角蛛王類。我就圖片所示問題致電酒店前台，十五分鐘都沒有得到答覆。因為白天駕駛疲勞很想早點帶孩子洗澡休息，我再次致電前台，得到前台告知説跟房務溝通説是果汁，洗不掉，衹能這樣。我回復説即便如此，你們不主動給客人回覆，再次被追問後給出一個睜**的答案，這已經不是敷衍了事，這就是酒店服務培訓不到位或者根本沒服務意識的問題。我此後問前台美女要經理電話，她們堅持不知道。我回答説員工無法聯繫到領導與常識不和，請給我電話，再三追究後給了我蔡姓經理的電話號碼。此後的時間，我多達六次致電該經理，最後一次接通是他的副手，回覆説蔡經理在接受轉國企培訓。這樣的酒店以及服務，究竟憑藉什麼轉國企，國企門檻是否太低。此外，該酒店還被攜程評選為某某優秀推薦類酒店，看來在攜程上星的門檻也不高。如實觀照，給需要者借鑒。
