The room is okay as a whole. I hope that the imperfect parts can be improved and perfected, otherwise it will not be the best hotel in Huaihua. I wish the business is prosperous and come on.

酒店交通便利，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，智能馬桶是一大亮點，馬桶蓋感應開關。前台服務熱情周到。本來早餐是七點半開始，因為趕時間，酒店特意提前了半個小時，七點就開了，非常暖心，非常感謝！強烈推薦這家酒店。

攜程搜尋，距離一橋很近，排名和評分都很高，果斷預訂。因為帶了兩寶一起，晚上9點多才下高鐵，看了有預約接站服務，就聯繫了一下酒店，但是被告知接站服務衹到7點，前台聽説我帶了2個小朋友就主動説幫我再問問，早點聯繫我。不久前果然接到了電話，很抱歉地説接站員工感冒了，已到點下班了，然後貼心地説可以報銷車費或者升級房間，我也覺得不算大事就謝謝了她。9點半到店後，我報出姓名，前台很熱情的説“您到了，很抱歉沒能接站，已為您升級了房間”，非常暖心。
到房間後，房間是智能馬桶，還帶衣帽間，很快還送來了2杯牛奶説給小朋友，然後我試着問了一下有沒有妹妹穿的拖鞋和用的牙刷，也很快就送來了。第2天因為起得晚，9點半才去吃早餐，雖然品種不多，但是味道和品質都挺不錯，小朋友都直説好吃。這次美豪雅緻真的是貼心和舒心的入住，下次來懷化還會再預訂！點贊👍

房間乾淨衞生，除夕前入住，還擔心周圍沒什麼吃的，前台妹妹幫我打聽，找了好幾家當地美食。非常暖心。早上的自助餐也多樣且好吃。

設施：我能想到的都有，很齊全的
衞生：衞生做的很到位，有次喝酒實在沒忍住吐了一地，還是地毯的上面。打掃衞生的阿姨二話不説就搞乾淨了，我自己還不好意思問要不要打掃費，阿姨説不用這是我們應該做的。我好羞愧。
環境：環境優美很安靜舒適透氣
服務：服務態度很好👍笑臉相迎，有問必答。

設施：酒店的設施比較新，裝修很高檔，房間佈局很舒適也寬敞，有單獨的衣帽間，浴室乾濕分離，有單獨的梳粧台，淋浴間也可以坐，馬桶是全自動的，一靠近就會自動打開蓋板，用完也會自動關閉，還有沖洗烘乾的功能很好用。
衞生：房間衞生也不錯，舒適高級。
公區也很高級，有4台電梯上下，早餐在頂樓26樓，大堂也很舒適，走廊播放的音樂很優雅。然後還有歡迎水果，晚上有牛奶，礦泉水也給了6瓶！然後洗浴用品是elle的，很好聞。
