Before checking in, the housekeeper called to ask if I had any requests. I said I wanted to upgrade the room type, and he agreed immediately. He also asked me what time I would arrive at the hotel so that he could turn on the heating for me in advance. After checking in, everyone from the front desk, to the security guards, to the cleaners, to the restaurant staff, smiled the whole time and provided thoughtful and considerate service everywhere, which made people feel very warm. On the day I left, the housekeeper personally saw me out of the hotel, and the human resources manager even drove a Mercedes-Benz business car to take me to the high-speed rail station! Such sincere service is really touching! The hotel's location, environment, breakfast and other aspects are also great! This is a hotel that is highly recommended!

As the Spring Festival was approaching, I accidentally chose this hotel when reuniting with my family. The experience was great! The room was comfortable, the front desk staff and service butler were friendly and provided very thoughtful service. Parking is not only free but also very convenient.
