What kind of attitude is that at the front desk? I don’t care about it. The customer is God, hasn’t he heard of this sentence? Even if you don’t treat us as God, I asked if I would check out before 12 noon tomorrow. 房間很好，是新裝修過的，衞生條件好，不含早餐但是早上給送了簡餐。晚上還有工作人員給放煙花。意外驚喜。

硬件還是不錯的，但服務很差，首先在訂單裏顯示有早餐，結果到店後説沒有，大過年的開車在外面轉悠半個多小時才找到一家開門的早餐店。其次服務員約等於沒有服務，因為房間有問題，給客房服務部打了好幾次電話，回回答應得很好，但等不來處理結果，再打過去，同一個服務員接聽的，卻像失憶了一樣不記得該處理的問題。第二天果斷退房換了酒店
