Very close to the train station, about a two-minute walk, so the location is excellent. The staff are friendly and polite, which is great, but the room facilities are a bit old, which is a bit of a shame.

Great location! The train and bus stations are both within walking distance. There are also plenty of food options nearby. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

No slippers or drinking water in the room; apparently, you have to get water from the first floor. Finding parking yourself is a bit inconvenient. The duvet was too thick, so I brought my own thin blanket to solve that issue. By the second day, I had completely adjusted. The hot water was plentiful and strong – thumbs up!

Location: Close to the train station Cleanliness: All clean. Service: Very friendly, I asked about nearby food and they gave me recommendations (explaining which options are both good and bad). Facilities: Water, drinks and snacks were very helpful. Bikes to borrow on a first-come-first-served basis. There were 4 available during my stay. Luggage storage was free and useful. I ended up storing 3 items both before check-in and after check-out. Overall was surpsised by big size of room, shower was quite large.

This hotel is just a short walk straight from Hualien Station. While it's a bit far from the city's main attractions and the night market, they offer free bike rentals, which was very convenient. The facilities show their age a bit, but considering the price and service, I was very satisfied with my stay.
