The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite. Great! Definitely don't come on a rainy day, it's a bit boring, as the DIY activities in the park were all things I've already done before. 😩 The breakfast, as many friends who've stayed here have pointed out, wasn't hot initially, although it was reheated later. But what surprised me most was the yogurt (today is February 28, 2026); the yogurt's expiration date was March 1, 3026, and all the yogurts served during my meal were expiring on March 1 (my husband confirmed this). I did finish it, and it was tasty, but could you please not serve items so close to their expiration date? 😩 The hotel still has a lot of room for improvement. I hope your hotel continues to get better.

The environment is beautiful...

We were very satisfied with our stay with family, both in terms of service and facilities. Firstly, they offered a complimentary shuttle service from Hualien Station to the hotel, and our driver, Xiao Gang, kindly introduced Hualien along the way. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to our room. The outdoor swimming pool was also very comfortable, with live music playing by the poolside, showing the hotel's attention to detail. We opted for the one-night, two-meal package, and both dinner and breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious ingredients. The bathroom in our room even had a steam room. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hualien.
