We booked a double bed room on Ctrip, but the room we were assigned was much smaller than what was said online. After coordination with Ctrip customer service, it was adjusted!
Found a spider on the bed!
The next morning, there was no water and we couldn't wash. We contacted the hotel and explained that the water was cut off at night. It was back in ten minutes. We waited for more than half an hour but there was still no water. Then we called again and they said they would send someone to check it out. No one came until we checked out. We left with dirty hair and extremely disappointed!!!

The sanitation is good. The environment is also good, but there are more insects. However, the room is equipped with insect repellent. A lot of bottled water is also provided. One thing I am not satisfied with is that when I came before, there would be battery cars to help deliver the luggage, but this year the battery cars were clearly idle and no one came to deliver the luggage.
