酒店服務超級好，房間乾淨安靜舒服，自助餐價格實惠，好吃，早餐豐富，餐廳乾淨又漂亮，每個桌子都有兩朵鮮花，酒店大門非常漂亮，還有噴泉，停車場是樹林裏，生態綠色，總之，很滿意。

負數星的服務，一星的設施，五星的價格，四星的宣傳。
幾個噁心項分享一下：
1、四星酒店用的是掛式空調，非中央空調，竟然是掛式的。
2、半夜十點打賓客服務電話，沒人接，打了四五次沒人接，好不容易打通，一副沒睡醒的樣。再打就再也沒人接了。這四星到底咋來的？
3、早餐極其簡單，沒有任何果汁。那些也就算了，最重要是有一位老阿姨跟監工一樣，站在大廳注視着客人的一舉一動。那不是看誰需要幫忙去幫忙，而是看客人有沒有浪費糧食，有沒有私帶吃的出去。領桌有兩個客人吃飯，多拿了幾個雞蛋，阿姨特地過來吩咐，雞蛋不許外帶，拿那麼多要在裏面吃完，外帶一塊五一個。好歹你也是個四星，且不説別人是否外帶，人家還在用餐呢，這服務還不如菜場賣菜的人家還會送把葱。就算別人外帶了，就兩三個雞蛋的事，我見過別人酒店主動給客人打包送上樓的，這種現場賣雞蛋可是新鮮。
4、全場所有服務員都是微表情接待，就差説你欠他們錢了。門口保安，大堂服務，有嗎？有嗎？

我的出行，通常選擇這樣的老式星級酒店，主要原因是它不同於新開的商務酒店，它不在路邊，自有較大的庭院，大堂和房間都大，設定齊全。不足之處是裝潢比較陳舊，但住的非常舒服，停車在酒店大院裏十分方便。酒店的衞生情況和服務都不錯，下次來黃梅還會選擇它

這家大酒店還真不錯，主要是信價比高，標着四星的酒店，給的是三星的價格。前台服務不錯，房間乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離。酒店很好停車，而且早餐豐富。

這些住宿比較還可以，但設施要改善一下，晚上洗澡出水口不通，但我打電話後，工作人員馬上來解決，服務上還可以。衞生和環境就一般般了。我4星我認為還要改善改善。

來黃梅這邊之前來住過的。屬於比較傳統的那種酒店。設備什麼的，雖然有一點老舊，但是依然是非常的舒適的。這邊就非常的適合好好的睡覺。
