酒店位置很便利，周邊吃飯逛街都超方便。房間前台小姐姐小哥哥態度特別親切，辦理入住退房都超快，還主動推薦了附近的小眾景點，太貼心了。環境打理得乾乾淨淨，細節處都透着用心，不管是整體氛圍還是小物件的擺放，都讓人覺得很舒服。體驗過程特別順暢，沒有任何糟心事，性價比也超高，花這份錢覺得很值，早餐味道也很不錯，設施維護得很到位，衞生間乾濕分離做得棒，...

連住了兩天，前台全程都在坐着，辦理入住的時候都不會站起來，兩個人都是愛答不理的狀態，房間裏蚊蟲來回飛，床上還爬着有蟑螂，酒店難道不做驅蟲處理?跟前台聯繫，就讓插個蚊香液，一句不好意思就把事情解決了嗎?一晚上被蟲子咬醒n多次，房間裏讓多放幾瓶礦泉水還要加錢，而且連前一天都毛巾換都不換，疊一疊就放上去了!一年我340天都在酒店住着，基本全國的酒店住了一遍，沒見過這麼差勁的酒店，這個價格也不多説什麼，這個服務態度和衞生無法讓人接受。到現在脖子上長了兩個疙瘩，全身瘙癢

設施還行，衞生尚可，環境一般，服務中規中矩，位置離縣城中心區域1～2公里，周邊吃喝出行方便，停車也方便，總體來説性價比可以

設施：新裝修，套房卧室居然沒有配電視機。智能調試不到位，小杜接收指令有回覆，但設施不執行。例如：關閉窗簾後打不開；燈具按鍵不對位還失靈。
衞生：衞生打掃不到位，幾桌上有積灰，最大的問題是馬桶清理不乾淨，有污漬遺留。
環境：酒店臨河，河邊公園不錯。
服務：前台服務有微笑，但處理問題有推諉。如缺電視機遙控器，反應了説是電視機無網絡，要等網絡公司檢查。可是我居然用手機遙控軟件看上了電視節目，再次反應情況才送來電視機遙控器。
