Shilily WeiYan Heritage Hot Spring Resort Hotel

The hotel is a renovated old mansion with a huge footprint, so the inner courtyard is absolutely stunning. The location is also excellent, right at the entrance to the best parts of the scenic area. The overall service was also on point.

First time visiting, and the location is very convenient. If you park at the scenic area's parking lot, the hotel will arrange a shuttle to pick you up. The environment and service are both excellent, and the food is great too. They even offer a sweet soup in the evening. Although it's within the scenic area, it offers plenty of privacy. I'll definitely come back again.

Since it was the off-season, the hotel automatically upgraded our room. We drove to the hotel, and they had a shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. Before checking in, the butler proactively contacted us to remind us of important details. The breakfast was fantastic. We were very satisfied with our stay.

I stumbled upon Xixi South and ended up at this highly-rated hotel. It's not far from the North High-Speed Rail Station, and the village itself is very clean and has a real sense of history. The hotel feels very private and relaxing; it's quite spacious and worth exploring. All the staff are very polite. I heard it's lush and green in the summer, with lotus flowers blooming. When I arrived, there was afternoon tea, served either indoors or outdoors, and in the evening, they offered a tremella soup dessert. We were upgraded to a two-story standalone villa during check-in, and staying in that old house was a unique experience. It had a bathtub and even a mahjong table. It's definitely worth coming back to in the future to soak in the history and unwind.

Finally stayed at my dream hotel, and it was even better in person than in the photos online! The service was also exceptional. We were a family traveling with a lot of luggage and people, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle and helped us with our bags. They also very considerately placed us all in the same building. The entire experience was incredibly smooth and exceeded all expectations. As a bonus, they even gave my parents several complimentary photos. Thank you so much!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; the Fish Lantern Parade starts right outside the door, and there's an ancient bridge courtyard with a flowing brook. The service here is exceptionally thoughtful, offering not only pickup and drop-off but also complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely be back.

A very unique hotel with a great, peaceful environment, perfect for a leisurely stay. You can wander around the hotel, sunbathe, and enjoy afternoon tea. The service is also excellent; they are very polite and accommodating.

The room and butler service were fine. However, I booked this hotel specifically to fully immerse myself in the fish lantern event, and the fish lantern service was absolutely terrible! After they gave us the river lanterns and sparklers, they just told us to follow along… We never even got into the main area; there were just too many people… When I first called to ask about the event, I felt like they didn't care at all. If you're not the host hotel, then don't pretend to be involved… But to be fair, they did offer shuttle service, afternoon tea, and the breakfast was decent.

It's very convenient and private to watch the fish lantern show within the scenic area. The hotel itself is quite a surprise, with clean rooms. They even thoughtfully provided toiletries and slippers for our child. From the window, you can see the entire hotel garden view.
