This is the second time I choose to live here. I came here during the Chinese New Year last year and this year I went back to my hometown to celebrate the New Year. I chose to live here. The environment is very good and the room is great. I would like to praise the young lady and the male manager who checked us in on the evening of the 27th. Both of them were very polite. The young lady was very gentle and had a sweet smile. Ms. Wang was also very nice when checking out. My husband also said that the service at the front desk this year was much better than last year. Our reservation did not include breakfast, but the front desk told us that we could have breakfast in the past two years. I guess it was because it was Chinese New Year and it was not convenient to eat, so they arranged breakfast for us, which was great. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is enough. All in all it's great, I will choose to live here again when I come back next year.

辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情又高效，還貼心介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點 ，好感度拉滿。這幾天酒店竟然還燃放煙花助興，十分友好。 我住的湖山景觀房，空間寬敞，佈置温馨雅緻，細節滿滿。房間應該是一室套，有冰箱，還可以自己做飯。不過熱水器是電熱水器，這個天洗兩個人不成問題。房間大約有50個平方，兩張床為1.35米。

這個酒店雲水灣的房子不如標準的酒店客房，雲水灣下過雨後有些味道，前台幫我們換了豪華套間作為補償，新房間特別大，視野很好，湖和山都能看到，陽台寬大，微風習習，窗外燕子結羣飛舞在房檐，芳草如茵，十分夢幻，小動物園沒去有點遠，早餐尚可。

關鍵衝著薅羊毛的心來的，第一次來沒想到這麼驚喜，以後有空了一定再來！ 量很足，必須誇獎呦！真的很實惠，而且味道還很新鮮！ 環境整體不錯，設施齊全，也很符合防疫標準，不錯我願給到五星🌟，因為佈景非常用心，太太太棒了！
