看到高檔型酒店標識才選的，入住太讓我失望了。體驗都不如快捷酒店。去的時候大廳很暗，前台跑去沙發上躺着刷劇了，這些都無所謂，住進去房間衞生真的很一般，地毯都是臟的。臨街夜裡吵得要死，窗簾都拉不實，衞生間又小又不乾淨，找了半天連個吹風機都沒有，洗澡熱水怎麼都放不出來，最後洗的温水感冒了。床上被套裏面都是發黃的，還外漏，被單都破了好幾個洞，最難忍受的床墊竟然是硬的。硌人的那種硬，真的越想越生氣，這樣的酒店就老老實實打個經濟型的標簽，別出來騙人了好嗎

夜裡12點多入住 隔壁房間 聲音太大 隔音又不好 一直到1點30還在大聲喧嘩 和前台溝通 第一次給電話勸告無效 第二次和前台投訴 前台態度就差了 説什麼解決不了 似乎影響他睡覺了 我要求換房 説無房可以換 我直接夜裡攜程投訴 攜程來了改口就又有房了 這不是欺負人嘛 你夜裡不應該上班嘛 就知道影響你睡覺了？ 不是應該去解決問題嘛？ 我不去找攜程 前台就解決不了了？ 多動腦子 要好好重新培訓了

酒店圖片完美，造成體驗落差太大，圓床夠圓可惜太硬了，洗手間略擠加上33度水温冬天洗澡真的有些挑戰，電視機屏幕整晚不敢開以為是電腦😅還好早上發現空調是熱風😂😂😂😂

到地方已經很晚了，臨時訂的這家酒店説下個人的居住感受
第一，床墊太硬了，不舒服，席夢思上就很薄的一張褥子，跟直接睡在床墊上一樣。可能個人原因吧，喜歡睡硬床的可以。
第二，打掃衞生很積極，怎麼説呢，打掃積極是好事，但是我沒有要求打掃啊，也沒有退房，九點還沒到，就下樓吃了點早餐十幾分鍾功夫，兩位阿姨就進房間收拾衞生了，這個時間是不是不合理？
總體感覺不是很好，個人而言…
