服務：服務非常好，老闆免費送景區大門，還有洗衣服務，很貼心。
環境：很用心的設計，店裡的燈具、沙發、抱枕、桌椅都有用心的挑選，很ins的風格，色調也是白黑灰風格，很有格調。
餐廳：做的菜非常好吃，雞也是現殺現點，魚也很嫩，推薦點地鍋雞和臭鱖魚。

民宿的後山上有個大泳池，實屬驚艷了我們，雖然我們沒有去游泳。多謝老闆給我們規劃的爬黃山的線路，太棒了，不費腿！老闆還親自把我們送到黃山景區門口。後來老公華為手機程序有問題，老闆又親自拉着他到華為店處理，真是要給他們大大的贊👍老闆還是個愛小動物的人，圖一是他收養的斷了腿的貓。真是個三腳貓了🐱

黃山竹語度假民宿是我這次黃山行的“寶藏住處”！選在湯口鎮太明智——離景區換乘點近，出發爬山不用趕早，拖着裝備也輕鬆。
最想誇的是民宿的服務，簡直比做了十年攻略的老驢還懂行。前台的大哥大姐不光幫着查票務，連“提前三天搶票”“哪個時段人少”這類細節都叮囑到了，還手繪了換乘車站的路線圖。我原本攻略做了厚厚一疊，可他們看了後幫我調整了行程，特意提醒“當天去天都峯得趕早班車”，就這一句，讓我沒錯過心心念唸的天都峯——那天好多人晚到一步沒上去，真的太慶幸了。
酒店還有游泳池和自家的飯店。
住這兒不衹是歇腳，更像多了羣本地嚮導，下次來黃山，還住這兒！

泳池挺大，去泳池的這條路的台階還是有點多的。但頂上的景觀還是很不錯的。民宿挺乾淨，早餐按人數給的分量，提供基本的那些品種。

特地點評一下，老闆一家都很熱心，救助了一些流浪貓，服務員們也很熱心，住宿環境很不錯，山頂有個山泉水泳池，路上還有魚池和寵物鴨，可以提供免費的登山杖，飯很好吃，上山下山各吃了一頓，推薦石耳燉土雞（很香），黃山靈芝菜（脆脆的），竹筍燒肉（偏油但好吃），黃山酥餅（原味）。還有老闆娘自己釀的酒，野獼猴桃，桑葚之類的，哈哈確實是驚喜😁。哦，還品了茶，毛峯品相不錯，加分！

不得不誇誇這間民宿，讓第一次來到黃山的我們感到濃濃人情味。首先，環境管理很好，衞生乾淨，從進入民宿大門一刻起就能用眼感受到。其次，服務五星好評，位置特別好找，老闆一家人都非常親和友善，我的房型定錯了，老闆很給力二話不説直接升級我們房型，避免我們臨時再去找房子的問題。而且離景區很近，老闆介紹上下山方法、還提供枴杖雨衣，還可以送到景區門口，太貼心了。其三，民宿空間有特色，能看出主人家的品味，休閑區，茶座區，餐飲區，運動區都有，晨起有一杯振奮的咖啡，一天黃山的疲勞，回來時候能就可以點餐，徽食味道也很不錯，有家的味道，不油膩，很適合我們。孩子最喜歡他們家自帶的泳池，風景很好，能緩解爬山的疲累。其四，客房雅居，安靜閑適，簡潔乾淨，舒緩旅程中的節奏。最後，還得誇誇，人好，房好，服務好，賓至如歸，不虛此行！非常值得入住！
