I have been planning to go on vacation for a long time. The environment is really good. The dinner tastes good and the breakfast is also very rich. The shortcomings of the breakfast are that there are freshly cooked noodles, but there are no warning signs. The staff are sometimes not on site. If you don’t see others eating, When I asked the staff about noodles, it was difficult to find that there were boiled noodles. After finishing the meal, I found out that it was a bit regretful (I am used to eating hot soup in the morning). There was sludge at the drain and the glass of the viewing window was covered with paste. Hygiene needs to be improved. There was a problem with the window design in the facility, which made it easy for bed bugs to get in. When the air conditioner and floor heating were turned on in the room, bed bugs began to move. There was an air conditioner above the pillows, and bed bugs were flying around above our heads. I kept catching bugs until two or three in the middle of the night, and caught 8 of them. There were no bugs at all. I went to sleep. In the morning, the response to the front desk was just a small gift of sesame cakes. There was not much processing and care. I asked about the Qiyunshan tickets included in the package but was not given. Overall, I felt quite disappointed. I have made such a big investment, including doors and windows. The management did not do a good job in such a small matter, and the butler team's constant explanations were not a problem. In fact, the service provided by the butler was very good, and no matter how good the service was, it could not alleviate the frightening mood of the night. I rarely write reviews seriously because the environment and decoration of this hotel are really suitable for vacation. The overall quality is very good and worth recommending. I hope that the shortcomings can be corrected so that guests can have a good experience!
