The hotel staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we made it to huashan and the railway station. The dinner we had at the hotel was also amazing! We had the 水煮肉片，华山炒野菜, and 干锅千页豆腐. The kindness also extended to providing us with gloves for our mountain time! It's rare to see a hotel taking such care of it's guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice and comes with a big screen. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. There are free transport services to and fro huashanbei train station and also to and fro huashan attraction that is really helpful for foreigners. You can call the hotel via trip.com free Internet call to arrange for transport. The staff also helped us buy the cable car and bus tickets to huashan and gave us free gloves. We had dinner there, and the food was delicious (I really loved the 2 dishes I posted). We are also very honoured to be invited to a pre-release sunset photo taking experience at their rooftop with a very huge glass panel that you can stand/sit on to take instagram worthy photos. I believe the free photo shoot will likely be available soon for hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Superb value for money.
We had a very comfortable stay.
Not much food options around but the hotel served pretty good food at ok prices.
Similarly the breakfast buffet was tasty but the popular dishes may run out quite fast in the morning.
Hotel fetches you to and from both the train station and the huashan., ten and five minutesly awy.

We have had a very good experience with our stay. It started from a very good pickup from the train station by Mr. Du. He took a very good care of us by taking us to the base of Huashan and back. When we left Huashan, he even dropped us back to the train station. Great service from the hotel and especially from Mr. Du. Definitely we will stay there again the next time.

The stay was very good, the staff was very friendly and super helpful. The good thing is the pick-up and drop-off services. Unfortunately, the mountain was closed because of the weather, but we strolled around and found a very beautiful temple.

This hotel offers great car services from/to the highspeed train station and Huashan Tourist Center. The car driver was super kind and professional. He even provided many good tips about local touring sites and foods.
