Very friendly staff. Free high speed rail train station pick up and drop off. Great location for hiking up Mount Hua or going to Mount Hua tourism centre. Breakfast also included. Very safe for female solo traveller. 酒店員工非常友好. 免費高鐵站接送. 酒店很近玉泉院可以徒步爬華山，也很靠近華山遊客中心. 還送了一對手套. 非常推薦

Vry good service of receptionists n the hotel driver. Strategically located at town n easy to get food around. Hotel did provide free pick up/drop off services from high speed train station n the driver vry friendly to introduce Huasan. Can borrow hiking stick from receptionist.Hiking gloves given as souvenir. Recommended.

Comfortable air con room with private ensuite shower Kettle. No fridge. Washing machines free for guest use through the unlabelled door behind the right end of the reception counter, hang clothes to dry in or out.Excellent restaurant opposite sl] (tel.***********) Excellent hote ƴbreakfast buffet, one egg (sometimes two if after 0730), plenty to eat. Staff don't speak English, use e.g.Alipay translate. Friendly helpful efficient staff will help book tickets etc.. Free transfer to/from rail station in hotel car (including Huashan north, I think airport too) . Hotel is 100 metres from soldier path up HuaShan, walk to fascinating Jade Spring Buddhist Temple (free) at base. Interesting visit to contrasting Buddhist temple near Hua Shan north (bei) station ( free for 48h with Hua Shan scenic area ticket. Recommend visit both temples(visitors & donations welcome), relaxing & calm.

Our stay was great for hiking Huashan - we slept well, and really my only complaint was that a strong cigarette smell came into the room early in the morning. I’m not sure where it came from, but it was slightly unpleasant. Otherwise, we would gladly go back. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to service you. We were picked up from train station on time and the manager showed me a map of Huashan mountain and also provided us with gloves. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was massive with its own kitchen and sofa. Cons: Bathroom is leaking, kitchen is leaking, toilet is wet, doesn't flush properly. Lots of cleaning issues. Cigarette smell was bad (pretty common in many Chinese hotels). Unfortunately because of many plumbing issues, leaking etc I can't really recommend this place.

We are a family with kids from oversea and can't speak chinese. The hotel manager and staff were very friendly, helpful and provided excellent service even they can't speak English. They tried to use translation app and we are really impressed. The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect for hiking at Huashan.
