過年回家半夜四點路過，到酒店，説沒有訂單，讓她查一下，她説查不了這麼多客人不可能每個都查，一直拖了半個多小時，她説沒有，讓查訂單號也不查，用電話號碼也不查，最後不讓入住，很生氣最後走的時候我們説沒入住怎麼退錢，前台才檢查説有訂單才給入住，真的感覺求着酒店入住，很差的體驗
