It was a bit smaller compared to what we saw in the photo. Had small ants but I guess that is expected for the price we paid

Strategically located at the central where the bus dropped off and close proximity to most of the attractions. The room is huge and clean, bed is comfortable, the water pressure from the shower is amazing! I had a great shower! There's even a place for you to dry your clothes in the room. And a mini fridge. There's bike rental service and tour booking service. Good rate when you stayed there. They even offer long term rental~ The staff are nice and warm, very cheerful.

Convenient location, many shops and restaurants Rooms big and clean

Great hotel in a street close to nice coffees and restaurants, and the imperial palace is at a walkable distance. Great room size, smiling staff. The hotel is calm and enjoyable with lots of plants (downside was the presence of small ants if you have food so be careful). Would recommend !

Good sized room and bathroom. Nice balcony. Good wifi. Housekeeping everyday, if required. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but for the price you can't complain. Generally quiet location at night. About a 20 minute walk or so to the tourist part of town and the same to the train station. Please note that there are building works next door so it will be noisy during the day.

Very good value, and the service was actually awesome. We came with a bus at like 5am and the owner had a spare room for us to sleep in until we could check in into the proper room. I got food poisoning mid trip and the owners kid came up to my room with fruits and water a few times. They also let us watch the Vietnam - Thailand football match with them. Very nice place and it’s right in the middle of the city area

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet environment. Not far from walking street.

Good location with many F&B around the hotel

Really kind staff! The restaurants that are located within the lane the hotel is on are also great. The room was good quality and they were thorough about cleaning the room. The staff was very helpful as well. Would stay again!

Excellent hospitality and quality

Excellent room. The room had a refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, toilet paper and shampoo, kettle. They cleaned every day. It was clean and cozy. Lots of storage space. There was an exit to the balcony. There was an elevator. We rented a bike from the owner for 130 thousand dong. With the bike we were given helmets and raincoats. No questions arose.

The hotel is located in the center, close to the main attractions and the embankment. The room has everything you need, the water drains well in the shower. Very friendly staff helps with many issues, including booking bus tickets. Near the hotel there are several cafes with low prices and delicious food.

Excellent hotel. Nothing to complain about the welcome. The people I dealt with at reception were remarkably kind. The rooms are renovated, very clean, quiet, but not far from the lively bar and restaurant area. If I were to return to Hue, this would be the hotel I would choose, without hesitation. In short, the best!
