Comfortable room. Breakfast is excellent (western or local). All the staff are very professional and friendly.

Well located hotel if you like nightlife, bars and karaoke. It is not very well soundproofed inside. The receptionists are really very nice and attentive!!

First, I chose a room with a bathtub to relieve the fatigue of my trip, but the water pressure was weak and the bathtub plug was broken, so only about 10cm of water was filled. I asked the staff and they said it would fill up, but it didn't work. Next, the handle of the bathtub door came off. I was tired, so I asked the staff to fix it. The only good thing about this hotel was that the male staff member was friendly and had a smile on his face. Also, the breakfast was delicious. We had to wait quite a while to check out, and although I hoped nothing would happen, I was nervous because I had booked a bus. I lost my jacket, etc. It was a very bad experience.
