The system is down and I couldn't check in after waiting for an hour.

The service was super bad. They didn’t even have a comb. I asked the front desk to bring it and it took 10 minutes to bring it. The towels were very old.

I booked this hotel on October 3rd for three nights at a time. Due to changes in my itinerary, I applied to check out an hour after checking in. I contacted Ctrip’s customer service and they said that after contacting the hotel and canceling after staying for one hour, a 10% breach fee would be charged. I can understand that, after all, it is normal for part of the fee to be deducted after staying for one hour. Ctrip then deducted 10% of my room rate for three nights and refunded it to me, but the 500 deposit collected by the front desk has not been refunded. I contacted Ctrip customer service again and asked them to contact the hotel for me, but the hotel suddenly changed its mind and said They had to charge me one night's room rate, forcing Ctrip to ask for money. Ctrip had no choice but to contact me again and asked me to pay them one night's room rate. Moreover, the hotel also told Ctrip that I agreed to charge one night's room rate? It was clearly mentioned at that time that it was part of the cost. Just charge the room rate for one night and treat it as charity. I thought we couldn’t leave the room empty for hundreds of dollars a night. Whose money is not money? I contacted the front desk of the hotel to see if I could check in again. I asked my friend to check in, and the answer from the front desk was: No matter whether it is me or my friend, it is OK, but there will be an additional cleaning fee and a 500 deposit deduction [strong] [Strong] In other words, if my itinerary hadn't changed and I stayed for three nights, would cleaning be done every day? The room rate for these three nights included the cleaning fee, right? Then why would I be charged again for my stay? Then if I stay for three more nights, do you have to charge cleaning fees? Really good at doing business (ps. This order was charged for 10% and the hotel asked Ctrip to ask me to pay for one night's room fee). I will not come to a hotel like this again.
