我定的是海景套房，也不知到底有沒有70平，整體裝修比較老舊，空調是不太給力，硬件略遜色。原來説1米9的上下鋪很為難我177的大兒子… 還在酒店服務不錯，馬上送來加裝了1米9的床，品質還不錯！ 前台接待的是江江，很熱情，也很周到了把所有歐樂堡的攻略都發給我了， 我説太熱也馬上送來了風扇。第二天的早餐滿意，小孩哥吃的不亦樂乎，還有特色的閩南風味。 另外酒店出去就是沙灘，可以趕一個日出和夕陽。酒店也有接駁車到歐樂堡入口，蠻方便。

因為孩子喜歡歐樂堡，就來了個説走就走的旅行，而酒店離歐樂堡超級近，走不了一會就到了，位置很好，晚上很安靜，陽台可以看到大海，前台小哥哥超級熱情給力，因為遊玩時間安排出現失誤，前台還積極幫忙，推遲退房時間，還有早上的自助餐種類多，好吃

鄭和寶船復古航海風格，顏值超高，而且面朝大海，樓下就是沙灘，是園區內其他幾家酒店沒有的。住宿全程基本上是有求必應，出入都有接駁車接送，十分滿意。寶寶還小加上長者也不喜歡高空和户外遊樂項目，就衹選了海洋王國，挺好玩兒的，除了熱帶雨林沒去，其他所有的場館和表演都看完了，包括大馬戲、花車巡遊和煙花秀都沒落下。住鄭和寶船可以二次入園，中午寶寶和長者可以睡個午覺再去遊玩，完美。

前台接待江江人很好，態度好，服務周到，酒店很温馨，房間很好，帶娃出門很方便，攜程預訂後可以打電話跟前台預約床圍欄，對於帶娃出門很友好，歐樂堡很好玩，酒店門口的沙灘海灘都很棒，酒店的早餐種類很豐富，很新鮮，小朋友能吃的東西也很多

房間特別大，裝修也是很好，沒有一點應付，早餐也很好吃。主要是服務態度，總是有這麼幾個人特別浮躁，有一些人態度很好，這一點真的是大問題，需要酒店積極管理改進，這樣就更好了。關於兩大一小，門前要給小的重新買也就罷了，早餐也需要重新買，是否考略優化。

酒店乾淨，很大！房間每個細節都很好，陽台可以晾衣服！歐樂堡可以二次入園，接駁車接送，樓下一樓小童樂園可以打發一下。
特別説明酒店一樓的餐廳，都是閩南特色菜，好吃，性價比高，吃了三餐！！！不得不誇讚碰到的每個保安和接駁車師傅，和藹可親，主動打招呼！真是温暖的人們！加了酒店人員，有問題回覆非常快，落了東西也幫忙寄送，真的很棒！

酒店很乾凈，地理位置很好，出門就是海邊，一樓的閩南菜和自助早餐味道也不錯。工作人員服務很熱情，尤其是接待員江江。出行很方便，有接駁車前往園區。孩子非常喜歡酒店的小童樂園，很愉快的一次體驗。

帶孩子到歐樂堡玩，最好還是住園內的酒店，入園方便，餐比園內的好吃多了。酒店很靠近海灘，園景房景色也漂亮。孩子挖沙交到了很多天南地北的朋友，很開心
